Yes — every pilot on Drone Mandi holds a valid DGCA Remote Pilot Licence (RPL) as required by Indian aviation law. We verify their licence, insurance, and equipment before they're listed on the platform. You will never be matched with an unlicensed or uninsured pilot. If you'd like to see a pilot's credentials before confirming your booking, you can request them directly through the app.

Drones cannot fly safely in heavy rain, high winds, or during certain weather conditions — and our pilots follow DGCA safety guidelines strictly. If weather makes flying unsafe on your shoot day, you can reschedule at no extra charge. Our support team monitors forecasts and will proactively reach out if your booking may be affected. Your money stays safe — we don't charge for weather cancellations.
