Drone Mandi, operated by Lakir Technologies Private Limited, is a platform that connects customers with drone service providers across India.

We are committed to promoting safe, legal, and responsible drone operations in accordance with the regulations set by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India.

2. PLATFORM ROLE & SERVICE STRUCTURE

Drone Mandi primarily operates as a technology marketplace platform connecting customers with independent third-party drone pilots.

However, in certain cases, Lakir Technologies Private Limited may directly provide drone services using its own drones and/or authorized operators.

Accordingly:

• Majority of services: Fulfilled by independent third-party pilots
• Select services: May be fulfilled directly by Lakir Technologies or its authorized operators

The applicable service model may vary based on location, availability, and service type.

3. DGCA COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITY

For Third-Party Pilot Services:

• Independent pilots are solely responsible for:

• Holding valid certifications (where applicable)
• Registering drones on the Digital Sky Platform
• Obtaining required flight permissions
• Following all DGCA rules and airspace restrictions

👉 Drone Mandi acts only as an intermediary in such cases.

For Services Provided by Lakir Technologies:

Where services are directly fulfilled by Lakir Technologies:

• We ensure reasonable compliance with applicable DGCA regulations
• Operations may be conducted by trained personnel or authorized operators
• Necessary precautions, documentation, and permissions are handled as per operational requirements

For Customers:

Customers agree to:

• Ensure drone usage is permitted at the selected location
• Obtain property/location permissions where required
• Not request or engage in unlawful drone operations

4. NO GUARANTEE OF LEGAL APPROVAL

Drone Mandi does not guarantee that:

• A requested operation is legally permissible in all cases
• Government permissions will be granted
• Airspace is free of restrictions

Final responsibility of compliance remains with the operator and/or user, depending on the service model.

5. RESTRICTED & PROHIBITED USAGE

Drone operations must not be conducted in:

• No-fly zones (airports, defense areas, sensitive zones)
• Government-restricted areas
• Unsafe or crowded environments without permission

Any violation of DGCA norms is strictly prohibited.

6. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• For third-party pilot services, Lakir Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for:

• Service execution issues
• Regulatory violations
• Damages, injury, or loss

• For services directly provided by Lakir Technologies, liability (if any) shall be limited to:

• The amount paid for the specific service

Drone operations inherently involve risk, and users acknowledge and accept such risks.

7. SAFETY & BEST PRACTICES

We strongly encourage:

• Pre-flight checks
• Weather and environment assessment
• Safe operating distances
• Compliance with altitude and visibility norms
