"User" / "Customer" refers to anyone booking services
"Pilot" / "Service Provider" refers to drone operators listed on the platform

3. PLATFORM ROLE

Drone Mandi is a marketplace platform that connects customers with independent drone pilots.

We do not directly provide drone services
We act as an intermediary between users and pilots
Service quality, execution, and delivery are the responsibility of the pilot

4. USER ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18 years or older
You must provide accurate and complete information
You agree to comply with all applicable laws in India

5. PILOT VERIFICATION & DGCA COMPLIANCE

Pilots may be required to provide:

DGCA certifications
Drone registration details
Identity verification

Drone Mandi does not guarantee regulatory approvals but facilitates compliance.

6. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

All bookings must be made through the platform
Payments are processed via Paytm Payment Gateway

Key Points:

Drone Mandi does not store card/banking details
Payment confirmation is required to secure booking
Pricing is determined by pilots and/or platform

7. CANCELLATION & REFUND

All cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

👉 Key highlight:

Cancellation 24 hours prior → refund (excluding advance)
Advance payment is non-refundable
Late cancellation / no-show → no refund

8. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree:

Not to misuse the platform
Not to engage in illegal drone activities
To obtain necessary permissions (if required for shoot location)
To provide accurate booking details

9. PILOT RESPONSIBILITIES

Pilots agree:

To comply with DGCA and local regulations
To deliver services professionally
To maintain safety standards
To honor accepted bookings

10. LOCATION DATA USAGE

Drone Mandi may collect location data to:

Show nearby pilots
Enable bookings
Improve service experience

Users can disable location access, but functionality may be limited.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on Drone Mandi (logo, text, design, software) is owned by Lakir Technologies Private Limited.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute content
Use branding without permission

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use third-party services including:

Paytm (payments)
Google (analytics & ads)
Meta/Facebook (advertising tools)

These services operate under their own policies.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Drone Mandi is not liable for:

Service quality issues
Delays or cancellations by pilots
Damages during drone operations

Users engage pilots at their own risk.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lakir Technologies Private Limited from:

Legal claims
Damages
Losses arising from misuse of the platform

15. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate accounts
Remove content
Restrict access

Without prior notice if terms are violated.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
